Preamble

Radar started with the dream of an orphaned child in 1946 and was founded with an amateur spirit by a group of young engineers who came together in Ankara in 2015. After the last 8 years, more than 30 projects have been completed. Now, we want to become an international construction and investment company with the same spirit and corporate experience we have gained. For this, we are making our sustainability strategy and policies more effective; we are aware of our mission and committed to our corporate values. Due to variable conditions, we are constantly optimizing and improving our business processes to finish on time at competitive prices. Understanding zero work accidents, we protect our employees as our family and the environment as our home. We are working in accordance with the laws and in cooperation with international institutions and NGOs to minimize the environmental impact. In addition to reducing the environmental impact, we strive to contribute positively. We know that we need an effective quality management system to achieve our goals. For this, we audit, analyze, and constantly improve our work. Inspired by the success of the Turkish construction sector in the world, Radar is working to become permanent in this ecosystem and wants to be beneficial to the economy of our country.

What is more important than the approaches mentioned above for corporate systems to bring success is this: As Radar, we center Life in our work, know the importance of the “individual and the family,” and take strength from this. Radar accepts being beneficial to society as a reason for existence; within this framework, we consider it sacred to realize our parents’ common dreams for our children’s future.
